📝 Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Soak in buttermilk for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, chicken masala, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Take chicken pieces from buttermilk and press firmly into the flour mixture. Coat thoroughly.
  4. Place in air fryer at 200°C for 16 minutes. Flip halfway.
  5. Serve hot.
