📝 Instructions

  1. Dice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli, sliced bell pepper, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and toss everything together.
  6. Serve over steamed rice.
