📝 Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Spread on a plate to cool.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Whisk eggs and scramble them in the wok. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cold rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Return the scrambled eggs and toss everything together. Serve hot.
