📝 Instructions
Dice chicken thigh into chunks. Season with salt.
Sauté onion in a pan until soft. Add curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
Pour in coconut milk, simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is tender.
Warm the pre-made rotis on a hot pan or direct flame.
Serve the chicken curry with warm rotis.
