📝 Instructions
- Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes. Drain.
- Heat ghee in a pot. Add whole spices (bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon) and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until golden.
- Add chopped vegetables, cashews, salt, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the drained rice and stir gently for 1 minute.
- Pour 2.5 cups of water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
