📝 Instructions

  1. Cook rice until soft and mashable. Spread on a plate to cool.
  2. Mix yogurt and milk into the cooled rice until creamy. Add salt.
  3. Heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Pour the hot tadka over the rice mixture. Mix well and serve cold or at room temperature.
