📝 Instructions

  1. Cook rice and spread on a plate to cool completely.
  2. Heat coconut oil. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add peanuts and curry leaves. Fry until peanuts are golden.
  4. Add turmeric, mix in the cooled rice, and stir well.
  5. Turn off heat. Squeeze lemon juice over the rice and mix gently. Serve warm.
