📝 Instructions
Finely chop onion, tomato, and green chili.
Whisk eggs with salt, turmeric, and red chili powder.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté onion for 1 minute.
Add tomato and chili. Cook for 30 seconds.
Pour the eggs over the vegetables. Spread evenly.
Cook on medium-low until set. Flip and cook the other side. Serve hot.
